Below is information needed if you are experiencing throttled speed. If you need help getting your sim and imei number see instruction below
First open a browser like Google Chrome, internet explorer, firefox etc and then type in 192.168.100.1 hit enter. It will ask you for a password which is: admin *You will see an image like the one below which will have your sim and imei number as shown below.
