The New Look Solutions Home Support Plan helps keep your computer protected, monitored, and maintained year-round while providing access to trusted local support when you need it.
Instead of waiting until something breaks, we'll help proactively monitor your device for security threats, hardware issues, and system problems before they become major headaches.
Whether you use your computer for email, online banking, social media, family photos, shopping, or staying connected with loved ones, our goal is simple: keep your technology running safely and reliably.

The New Look Solutions Home Support Plan is designed to protect and support enrolled personal computers.
Eligible Devices Include: -

✅ Windows-Based Tablets (when compatible with monitoring and endpoint protection software)

The following devices are not covered under this plan:

Note: While we may assist with troubleshooting issues related to an enrolled computer's connection to a printer or network, support for the printer, router, modem, internet service, or other third-party devices themselves is not included under the Home Support Plan.
Included Features
✅ Managed Endpoint Protection
Professional-grade endpoint protection helps defend your computer against malware, ransomware, viruses, malicious websites, phishing attacks, and other cybersecurity threats.
Protection is actively monitored and managed by New Look Solutions.
✅ Security Monitoring
Your device is continuously monitored for suspicious activity, security concerns, and potential threats.
If we identify a significant issue, we'll notify you and recommend appropriate action.
✅ Operating System Updates & Security Patching
We help ensure critical operating system updates and security patches are installed to help keep your system secure and reliable.
✅ Browser Security Protection
Many modern computer infections begin through dangerous browser extensions and unwanted add-ons.
To help reduce risk, browser extensions and add-ons may be restricted or reviewed before installation.
✅ Computer Health Monitoring
We monitor important system indicators including:
• Hard drive health
• Available storage space
• System performance
• Security status
• Critical system alerts
If a potential issue is detected, we'll let you know.
✅ Routine Maintenance
Regular maintenance helps keep your computer running efficiently through:
• Temporary file cleanup
• System optimization
• Software health checks
• Security reviews
✅ Priority Customer Status
Home Support Plan members receive priority scheduling for support requests.
✅ Two Remote Support Sessions Per Year
Your membership includes up to two remote support sessions annually, with each session lasting up to one hour.
Examples include:
• Printer connectivity issues
• Email troubleshooting
• Software problems
• Performance concerns
• General computer assistance
Unused support sessions do not carry over into future years.
✅ Discounted Member Support Rate
Additional support beyond the included sessions is available at:
$60 Per Hour
(Standard service rates apply to non-members.)

Membership Term
The Home Support Plan requires a minimum initial term of 12 months.
Following the initial 12-month period, the agreement will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis unless canceled by either party with 30 days written notice.
This allows New Look Solutions to invest in onboarding, monitoring, maintenance, and long-term protection of your devices while providing stable and reliable service.
Fair Use Policy
The Home Support Plan is designed for normal residential use and occasional support needs.
The plan is not intended to function as unlimited technical support.
New Look Solutions reserves the right to recommend alternative service arrangements for customers requiring unusually frequent support, advanced technical assistance, business-related support, or services outside the intended scope of this plan.
